<strong>June 22</strong>

A student reported the theft of a dog from Waterview Park Apartments.

UTD Police responded to a domestic disturbance at a residence in Waterview Park (WP) Apartments. A student was arrested for assault family violence.

A student reported a two-vehicle hit-and-run accident in Lot J. Property damage only.

<strong>June 24</strong>

A student reported an incident of assault by contact at the McDermott Library.

An unknown male touched the foot of a female student in an offensive manner.

A student was arrested for an active warrant on Bull Run Road after being stopped for a traffic violation. A search of the vehicle incident to arrest led to the discovery of drug paraphernalia. The student was issued a municipal court citation for possession of drug paraphernalia.

<strong>June 25</strong>

The father of a student reported an incident of criminal trespass by a non-affiliated male at a residence in WP. The student resident completed a Statement of Non-Prosecution.

<strong>June 27</strong>

UTD Police issued a citation to a student in WP for possession of alcohol by a minor.

A non-affiliated person reported a burglary of a motor vehicle in Lot J. A wallet was taken from the vehicle. The wallet contained $52, identification and credit cards. The victim completed a Statement of Non-Prosecution.

<strong>June 28</strong>

A student reported the theft of a wallet at the Callier Center South campus. The wallet contained $35, identification and credit cards.

A non-affiliated person reported a burglary of a motor vehicle in Lot C. The items stolen from the vehicle included a 15 gb IPod, a Belkin Car Adapter and an Alpine Single Disc CD AM/FM player.

A student was arrested for an active warrant on University Parkway after being stopped for a traffic violation. The student gave a false name. A check of the student’s driver’s license revealed it was SR Suspended and an active warrant out of Kaufman County. The student was arrested for the active warrant, driving while license suspended and for Failure to ID – Fugitive from Justice.

<strong>June 30</strong>

UTD Police responded to a four-vehicle accident in WP. Property damage only.

<strong>July 1</strong>

A staff member reported the fraudulent use of a State credit card at a business located off-campus.

A non-affiliated person was arrested for six active warrants on Waterview Parkway, after being stopped for a traffic violation.

<strong>July 2</strong>

UTD Police responded to a residence at WP to remove a non-affiliated person from the residence at the request of the student resident. Upon arrival of officers, the non-affiliated person fled from the apartment via a bedroom window.

A student reported the theft of a purse at the Callier Center South. The purse contained $120 and a checkbook.

<strong>July 3</strong>

UTD Police responded to a fire alarm pull station in WP. Investigation revealed it was a false alarm.

<strong>July 4</strong>

A student reported criminal mischief property damage to a vehicle parked in WP.

<strong>July 6</strong>

A staff member reported criminal mischief property damage to a window at the UTD Soccer Complex.

A staff member reported the theft of a cell phone from the Info Depot in the Student Union. UTD Police have identified a suspect.

A student was arrested for two outstanding traffic warrants in Lot J, after being stopped for a traffic violation.

<strong>July 7</strong>

A student reported his vehicle was burglarized in WP. A credit card was taken from the vehicle and was used at a business located off-campus in Dallas. The victim completed a Statement of Non-Prosecution.
