Jessica Mak is a mechanical engineering major from Garland, TX. A silly and open-minded individual, she loves playing Roblox and listening to music. She also greatly enjoys creative activities, whether it’s animating her favorite characters or doodling in her notebook. As a comic artist for The Mercury, she strives to use these skills to help the publication succeed as well as give the readers a nice chuckle.

Saran Jacob is a freshman in Computer Science from Dallas, Texas (originally Amritsar, Punjab, for 4 months). They’re a silly and laidback person who loves xenomorphs, thrash metal, and exploring indie media.
